"This was my first visit for service based on a recommendation of a friend. " This was my first visit to Superior Automotive for service on my 2007 Camry. Very impressed with the ability to make an appointment online. Had a very quick confirmation from Jeff the owner to confirm my appointment. In addition, Mark was my point of contact. Kept me updated about my vehicle and provided me a very impressive report of my vehicle statue. The visual representation and the technology used was something that I have never seen from any previous service provider. I am looking forward to bringing my 2010 Highlander in for service.

"great job - thanks" Brought my car in for an oil change. They did a full check of my car and showed me some belts that were worn. The did not tell me, they actually showed me and even thought I am not a car expert I could see that the rubber was worn and one belt had a rip in it. If it broke/snapped while I was driving not only would I have "broken down" on the road but the broken belt could have damaged other parts of my engine and caused more damage. They actually saved me money and from the frustration of me, my wife or worse my kid breaking down on the side of the road.

"Friendly Staff" I have taken my vehicle a few times for service. I took it there because they had AAA approval. I have always found the staff to be professional and courteous and there work on my vehicle to satisfactory. Also they offer to take me home and pick me up if it was going to take time to do the work. However, I do find them to not be any cheaper than a car dealer would charge and they do try to sell you additional services that you may or may not need. For the most part I am satisfied with them. One other thing, the boss did honor a coupon that had expired 2weeks ago for which I was most grateful. Kudos to him.

Hi Richard , thanks for posting . Let me address two issues in your review . At times we may be somewhat close to the dealer in pricing and let me explain why . Lets say we need an engine computer for your Hyundai . That is an item that can only be purchased through the dealer , so WE PAY DEALER PRICING for the computer which is very high . There is LITTLE TO NO MARKUP ON DEALER PARTS . You would have savings on the labor side because our labor is much much cheaper . Now this is rare . ANY OTHER SERVICES THAT DO NOT REQUIRE US TO BUY THE PARTS FROM THE DEALER , THERE IS NO COMPARISON . WE ARE CHEAPER THAN ANY DEALERSHIP ON 99% OF ANY AUTO REPAIR SERVICE . The other issue that you bring up disturbs me very much quite honestly. You say " we might sell things that may or may not be needed " If you truly believe that why do you continue to do business with us ? You are making a judgement that has absolutely no basis to it . I think you should have proof before making random accusations that have no truth to them . I hope we can continue to do business in the future .

"Very satisfied customer" I brought my Ram truck in to trouble shoot my check engine light error message. The analysis was quick, the price was fair, and I learned a great deal from the owner. I grabbed a small stack of business cards to pass out to any friends that are interested in a professional auto repair facility. THis is the second time my truck was repaired when even the dealership could not figure it out.
