I know Jeff for about 15 years, he and his team is passionate about cars and is very honest , that is why I trust him and his team at Superior Automotive, you can,t beat the quality and the price, I have never been disappointed or felt like I have been taken advantage when I take my car there, You guys have the best prices and quality tires. You have earned my business for years to come. I recently went to Superior Automotive to have 100,000 mile services done to my car. At the time I was not sure if I had all the other necessary services done at 90,000 miles. Mark was willing to look through all my paperwork to determine what was done and what still needed to be done. Upon arrival Mark sat with me and went over all the areas they would be inspecting and gave me an estimate for what we already knew needed to be done. After they did the full vehicle inspection Superior Automotive called to inform me of a few other areas that should be looked into. They were not pushy with selling me anything. They also gave me suggestions of things that should be looked at during my next appointment. They stayed past their closing time to make sure I got my call back the same day and I also received a coupon to get a free pie from down the street. I will definitely be going back to Superior Automotive for all my car needs.

I have been very happy with my experiences at Superior Automotive. I have used their services twice for my minivan. They are very friendly and work quickly. They seem very efficient and trust worthy.

I have been using Superior off and on now for well over 15 years. They are always very professional and highly experienced. I always feel confident when I take my car to them. I had punctured the tire on my new 2015 Civic a few weeks ago. I immediately called Superior and they said bring it right in. They repaired the tire promptly and perfectly in a timely manner. It seems Jeff had put a lot of effort lately into growing his business and it certainly shows! I will be using them exclusively for general maintenance on my Civic once my free oil changes are used up at the dealer. The ONLY thing I think they can improve on just a bit is somehow expanding the waiting area, its very tight and you are practically right against the counter when you are sitting, but im sure Jeff has heard this and would love to be able to expand it if he could.That would make the shop PERFECT! Moved to the area recently and I'm glad I found these guys! The quoted price was the final price, and the work was done quickly! My car runs great now. They let me know other issues I might have down the line with my old car, but they didn't try to push any unnecessary or bogus repairs on me. They even checked in a few weeks after to make sure everything was still fine with my car.

It was almost the end of the month and I needed my car inspected. Unfortunately, I didn't realize this until Saturday afternoon. I called ten minutes before closing but they still said no problem, bring it right over. You don't find that kind of service anymore. I'll be back for maintenance and other service in the future!

i went into superior automotive for a oil change about a week ago and while i was there i felt taken cared of, the customer service was something i've never seen before not only that but lower prices compared to other shops in the area, if you need anything done to your vehicle and are unsure on where to go i highly recommend superior.

05/06/16 Update: I have still been going to Superior Automotive all these years. Jeff and crew have taken care of all my vehicles. Recently bought new tires for the wife's car. It was painless, I got the prices from Mark and then went home to research. Called back and ordered new tires for the car. Installation was quick and I was out the door. I recommend Superior Automotive. I have never had any trouble with Superior Automotive, as they have worked on 3 of my cars. All prices were supplied to me prior to any work - estimates were accurate. There was an issue with an oil pan gasket, but it was resolved without any issues. I have recommended Superior to many people, I will continue to go there.

I have had multiple of mine and my family's cars serviced at Superior Automotive and will continue to return! These guys are the best around when it comes to diagnosing problems and making a customer very pleased and comfortable to come back time after time and not have to worry about having to jump from shop to shop to find a reliable and fair priced family oriented shop like Superior! They are number one in my book for customer satisfaction, understanding a customer and being respectful they have it all and no task is to hard or too much for them!
