"SAAB Repair" I brought a recently purchased, used SAAB to Superior for a check up. I can always trust them to do a thorough job. The list that came back had more items on it than I expected so they helped me to choose those items that were most important to get done now and those that could wait until a later time. Not many other repair shops would do that. After I paid the bill I realized that I had some coupons at home that I had forgotten about. I called the next day and they said there was no problem, they would honor those and give me a refund. That's great customer service!!!

05/06/16 Update: I have still been going to Superior Automotive all these years. Jeff and crew have taken care of all my vehicles. Recently bought new tires for the wife's car. It was painless, I got the prices from Mark and then went home to research. Called back and ordered new tires for the car. Installation was quick and I was out the door. I recommend Superior Automotive. I have never had any trouble with Superior Automotive, as they have worked on 3 of my cars. All prices were supplied to me prior to any work - estimates were accurate. There was an issue with an oil pan gasket, but it was resolved without any issues. I have recommended Superior to many people, I will continue to go there.

I have had multiple of mine and my family's cars serviced at Superior Automotive and will continue to return! These guys are the best around when it comes to diagnosing problems and making a customer very pleased and comfortable to come back time after time and not have to worry about having to jump from shop to shop to find a reliable and fair priced family oriented shop like Superior! They are number one in my book for customer satisfaction, understanding a customer and being respectful they have it all and no task is to hard or too much for them! Thank you very much for everything Jeff and all the awesome guys working so hard at Superior Automotive!!

"flat tire" my wife had a flat tire and I was unavailable so she had the car towed to Superior. said they were very busy but got her in and out with the tire repaired in a half an hour. the service was great as usual.

"Good price Good work" Got a Oil change, Strut replacement, and tire change for a fair price and the quality was very good.

"The fantastic staff!!" I would most certainly and definitely recommend Superior to everyone who has an automotive concern. The name is exactly who they are.... SUPERIOR!!!

I know Jeff for about 15 years, he and his team is passionate about cars and is very honest , that is why I trust him and his team at Superior Automotive, you can,t beat the quality and the price, I have never been disappointed or felt like I have been taken advantage when I take my car there, You guys have the best prices and quality tires. You have earned my business for years to come. I also want to include that they have a small but neat and clean waiting area with coffee , magazines and the biggest wall mounted T.V screen I have seen in any garages. Thanks. Pradeep
