After I put new tires on my '04 Santa Fe, I took it to Superior for an alignment. The alignment tech showed me that both lower ball joints were quite worn. He could shake the wheel back & forth when the front end was jacked up. He could still do the alignment when the weight of the car was on the ground as that centered the ball joints in the middle of the wear. I changed the lower control arms which gave me new ball joints and rubber bushings, not to mention nice, shiny control arms. :-) Quite a treat for a 234,000 mile SUV. When I came back, he re-did the alignment at no additional charge. It was close enough to need only minimal adjustment. Now it tracks straight & true on the new tires. Pirelli, by the way. PS Always a treat to talk with Suraj in the front office.

I recently bought a 2001 jaguar and brought it into superior automotive to do a general checkup to make sure everything was in good working condition. Andrew at the front desk was extremely helpful and patient with my admittedly limited car knowledge. I appreciated his honesty and upfront manner when it came to pricing and what kind of checkup was the best value for my money. After the diagnostic, I received a very intuitive sheet which showed any issues that required immediate attention and things I should just keep an eye on. I will be returning to superior automotive for any future repairs or maintenance!

These guys are amazing! They are knowledgeable, take pride in their work, priced well, and they are HONEST. You can trust that they would never scheme just to make a few extra bucks. Vehicle issues are always stressful but they make it much more bearable. Truly good guys who are good at what they do. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
