I am a first time customer and I chose this store because of the good reviews and AAA recommendation. They were courteous and prompt and seem to have done a good job with the wheel alignment. The only contention was that I had brand new tires installed by Costco on the rear, whereas the front ones were worn to 6/32. Costco always puts the new tires on the rear whereas Superior Auto's service advisor insisted that new tires have to be in the front as my car is a front wheel drive and asked me to take it back to Costco so that they put the new ones on the front. I am not sure who is right.

Narayan , we always advise putting the new tires on the drive wheels . That is the right way to do it . Your Volkswagen is a front wheel drive car so when installing 2 new tires they belong on the front .

Service manager Mark made me feel welcome and at ease after some conversation. His ability to explain everything to me gave me a sense of comfort knowing what to expect. They provided a report on the total health of the car with photos where needed to show the area of concern. After that he explained the report in case I had questions. I did some of the repairs but not all. Some repairs will be done in the near future as they were not immediately required. There was no sales pressure to do all the work that was identified in the report. All in all a great customer service experience. That is why I am writing about Mark and Jeff (owner). This was my first time using Superior. They made a believer of me and I will be back again with other family cars.

After the work was done the car was left dirty . Paper mat for the floor left in the car and fingerprints all over the glove compartment .lock to take off the tires left on the front seat

Hello Charles . We normally leave the floor mat in the car to protect the floor on rainy days . We also leave the wheel lock key in view so the vehicle owner knows that we put it back in the car . Fingerprints are not acceptable and I have already had a team meeting about this issue . Thank you for sharing your feelings with me.
