I had the best experience I could of had today with superior!! I took my Jaguar in for a noise in the left rear of my car, happened when turning. Andrew, service rep, called with the best news…….they spent the time test driving and examining my car and was happy to find a loose bolt on my heat shield. They tightened the bolt and didn’t even charge me for the time spent doing so. That is unheard of when you have a Jaguar. Everyone tries to take advantage of you. I’m floored by the impeccable customer service of superior. I had to write this glowing review because I’m so happy to have found a service provider who I feel is treating me fairly!!!!! This is the second time I have been ecstatic. I recommend them 5 out of 5

A quick appointment to assess the nature of my car's problem, a fast follow up to advise of the issue found. A new muffler and tailpipe needed and a quick repair at a fair price. Plus, the job was done in one day and by paying over the phone, they were able to clean off the interior and leave the car out front for me to pick up later, after work. The job was done right and i have had no more problems. I will be back for maintenance and other work in the future.
