This place is 27 minutes from our house and well worth the drive. My husband usually brings our jeep in for regular oil changes/ tire rotations. One time we had to get an oil change done in the middle of vacation and another auto-place tried to con my husband into replacing spark plugs although we thought we'd already replaced them with Superior Automotive. We gave Superior Automotive a quick call and they'll promptly confirmed we had. We also frequently receive coupons and discounts in the mail around the time of needed service which is great and I believe this past month we even got a holiday card. The costumer service is above and beyond here.

Moved to the area recently and I'm glad I found these guys! The quoted price was the final price, and the work was done quickly! My car runs great now. They let me know other issues I might have down the line with my old car, but they didn't try to push any unnecessary or bogus repairs on me. They even checked in a few weeks after to make sure everything was still fine with my car.

excellent communication and service

I have been using Superior off and on now for well over 15 years. They are always very professional and highly experienced. I always feel confident when I take my car to them. I had punctured the tire on my new 2015 Civic a few weeks ago. I immediately called Superior and they said bring it right in. They repaired the tire promptly and perfectly in a timely manner. It seems Jeff had put a lot of effort lately into growing his business and it certainly shows! I will be using them exclusively for general maintenance on my Civic once my free oil changes are used up at the dealer. The ONLY thing I think they can improve on just a bit is somehow expanding the waiting area, its very tight and you are practically right against the counter when you are sitting, but im sure Jeff has heard this and would love to be able to expand it if he could.That would make the shop PERFECT! Did a good job diagnosing and explaining what needed to be fixed and why in terms that could be understood. Prices seem about right for work done. Nice of them to give me a ride back and forth to my home while my car was being worked on. I have no problem using their services again.

Quick and simple fix for what could've gotten expensive. Flat tire on Monday morning and the Honda dealer in Hamilton wanted to sell me 2 new tires for my 2015 Honda claiming they didn't carry the stock tires for this brand new vehicle. Superior Auto offered the solution to fix the current tire as there was no side wall damage saving me time and money. Overall great service. Will come back.
