I am not comfortable with there being a bolt hole that is now larger than the bolt for the strut attachment. I'm well aware that AISC permits holes to be 1/16" or 1/8" greater depending on type of load. I regret agreeing to $80 for shaving off some metal. Yes, I can feel the difference, but it was so screwed up in the first place. You still get above average for taking your time and informing me in a professional manner.

Very satisfied with the recent repair experience. The sales advisor did a thorough job of explaining what work was necessary and which items on the checklist could wait. Advisor and technician took us into the shop to show the rusted brake line, tire tread, etc. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and at the quoted cost. The free pie was greatly appreciated. My only complaint is that I forgot to redeem the postcard coupon. Thank you for the follow-up.
