I was very please with the service at Superior Automotive. Everyone was friendly, explained the issues with my car in detail, and most important accurate with the time frame the car would be ready.

As a single woman, I really appreciate that you are a mechanic I can trust. I'm sure you are aware or the stereotype that if a mechanic can take advantage of a woman and her checkbook, he will. I feel you have never told me things wrong with my car that aren't really there. Here's an example: I went to a local dealer b/c I thought my car was just too loud. They said I needed a new timing chain at a cost of over $2k. I drove directly to Superior where a mechanic there listened, even came out and listened with me while I sat in the driver's seat. He assured me nothing at all was wrong. My car has run fine (albeit loudly) ever since. Being honest is the most important service you can offer.
